Students who would like to opt-in to the U-Pass program should log in to http://my.ccc.edu and fill out the U-Pass form under "Announcements." Then, they can choose how they would like to pay the $Ventra fee. Students may pay with cash or credit card, opt to use available financial aid, or request financial assistance. ​If you would like to set up a zoom appointment to process for a Ventra U-Pass, send your request (including preferred dates and times and CCC student ID number) to cyoung56@ccc.edu.

We administer the college placement test (English [Read-to-Write – RTW], [Math – ALEKS]) on a walk-in basis: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9am-2pm. No appointment is required. A valid photo ID is required for testing, and no children or visitors are allowed.You are allotted three hours to complete the RTW (10 questions), which must be done in one sitting; and the math is 30 questions untimed. The math test can be taken up to five times, and your first attempt can be taken outside the testing center. If you desire to retake the exam, attempts 2-5 are required in person after successfully completing three hours of the Prep & Learning Modules between each attempt.Outside resources are prohibited for both exams, and the calculator for math can be used only if it appears within your test. No handheld or computer launched calculator is allowed.All electronic devices must be powered off prior to entering the testing center. You are not allowed to keep them on silent, vibrate and/ or airplane mode. If you must keep your phone on, please let us know and we will provide you with an unlocked locker. However, you will still be required to silence your electronics.

Please note that currently all day Saturdays, we do not have a dedicated clerical worker for the MXC ASC VSS room. Tutors frequently run the room but may be in appointments with students. If looking for virtual appointments during these times, either call us at (312) 850-7469 or make your virtual appointment through Navigate to most quickly reach a tutor. Booking your remote session through Navigate will send you a tutor’s zoom link directly! Thank you for your patience!

Remote Enterprise Tutoring offers free, one-on-one, virtual tutoring sessions through Zoom (log in with your CCC email username & password).
