Virtual Student Services

The ACCESS Center (AC) serves as point of contact and coordination for CCC students with disabilities. The AC provides a wide range of services and assistance to ensure students with disabilities are able to achieve their maximum potential. The office will be closed  in person from 12/18/25 until 1/3/26 and 12/23/25 until 1/3/26 virtually due to construction of the building being completed and the holidays.

Admissions will be closed for all in-person services starting Thursday December 17- Tuesday December 23, 2025.  Please join us virtually on zoom during this time. 

From Thursday, December 18th through Tuesday, December 23rd, the HWC Advising Office will only be available through the virtual site.  The Harold Washington College campus building (30 E Lake St) will be closed during this time.  Thank you!Drop-in students can visit us via Zoom: https://bit.ly/HW-ADVISING-ZOOM; Zoom Meeting Room ID: 864397065. Students can also email their Advisor directly with questions.
