I forgot my password or am having trouble logging into a CCC system

If you know your CCC username you should be able reset your password at passwordreset.ccc.edu by either:

• Answering your challenge questions
• Having a security code sent to the personal email or mobile phone number we have on file for you

Your password must meet the following standards:

• Be at least eight characters in length
• Contain three of the following elements: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or special characters
• You cannot reuse any of your three previous passwords
